To register for Intergalva 2009 and reserve your hotel accommodation, either:

• Download, complete and return the Registration Form and send it to Tilesa OPC at the address given on the form.

A special reduced fee is available to delegates from companies that are members of EGGA national associations or the worldwide network of galvanizing industry associations.

Preferential rates also apply for registrations made before 30 April.

Separate fees must be paid for the Accompanying Persons’ Programme, for optional visits to galvanizing plants and for optional tours for accompanying persons. Visits to galvanizing plants are only possible for registered delegates.

We have tried to make sure that all details are correct but we may find it necessary to make some changes due to circumstances which we cannot control. The organisers therefore reserve the right to change details of the programme.


Registration Fees

The Delegate registration fee includes: attendance at the conference sessions; powerpoint presentations; coffee breaks and lunch at the hotel on 9, 10 and 11 June; welcome reception on Monday 8 June; gala event on Wednesday 10 June. There is an additional charge for printed conference proceedings and for the optional Flamenco Show and optional works visits.

² Accompanying person: includes Welcome Reception (Monday, 8 June); Gala Event (Wednesday, 10 June) and a full day tour to Toledo (Tuesday, 9 June – Tour 2). There is an additional charge for the optional Flamenco Show and optional tours on 8, 10, 11 and 12 June. The Accompanying Persons fee is for spouses (wives or husbands) taking part in the accompanying persons' programme of social events only, NOT for a second person from a company attending as a delegate.

How to pay the registration fees

• Payment must be made in Euros.
   

• By credit card. For online registration we offer an internet payment platform which guarantees a secure payment transaction. Acceptable credit cards are noted on the registration form.
   

• By bank transfer through the SWIFT system, accepting transfer charges yourself. Instructions on how to pay are included on the registration form.

Confirmation of registration

Online registrations – you will receive an immediate Registration Confirmation Receipt on completion of your registration and payment. Your Accommodation Confirmation Receipt will be sent to you after your deposit has been charged to your credit card.
